CHARLES J. ABRONSON

Chuck Abronson is Managing General Partner of Accordance Ventures, LP, which holds investments in private technology companies and real estate. He is currently Chairman and cofounder of CAP Wireless, Inc., and Chairman and a founding investor in Gumiyo, Inc., which provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for the development, operation and monetization of mobile sites and applications. In 1983 Chuck was founder and CEO of EEsof, Inc., which became the leading microwave/RF electronic design automation software company. Acquired by Hewlett Packard Corp. in 1983, EEsof is now a division of Agilent, Inc. In 1972 Chuck was CEO and a founder of Amplica, Inc., a manufacturer of microwave components and subsystems for commercial satellite communications and defense electronics markets. He guided Amplica through a successful IPO and then the subsequent merger of the company into Communication Satellite Corp. (COMSAT) in 1982. A graduate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, Chuck also completed the UCLA Executive Program in Management.
